The victims of the new sex video scandal became aware of the video when the local radio stations broadcasted the said incident.

News report indicated that the Iloilo student was still wearing a university uniform while having sex with the public teacher. The couple were lying on a mattress spread on the floor. It was assumed that they filmed their sex scandal act in a boarding house.


Shortly after the news broke out, the Facebook user who uploaded the sex video took down the video clip.

The victims of the latest sex video scandal said that the source of their sex video could have been the cellphone which was allegedly lost few years ago.

The person who posted the video could be liable for violation of Republic Act No. 9995 or the "Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009".

Under the said law, a person who posted the video could be penalized of imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years and a fine of not less than P100,000 but not more than P500,000 or both.

For the meantime, we will monitor some video sharing sites to check if someone downloaded and re-uploaded the Iloilo sex video scandal.
